The Future

Bio-printer
Is there future of 3D printing?
3D printing can encourage more active customers in production and increase innovation and creativity. There is also the possibility of 3D printers becoming a household commodity. Interestingly, scientists are working to design a bio printer that prints human tissue by spraying a stream of living cells. This can be used to print meniscus tissue and kidney, liver, and spinal disks. As opposed to plastic, bio materials will eventually disintegrate into the body. In 2009, the world’s first bio printer to grow human tissue was developed by Organovo.
